I spent most of the day on Monday 18th January updating the website. It took most of the day because the website started playing up and I couldn’t get photos to upload into the second blog entry and had to stop every now and then to have a good shout at my laptop, which was a little unfair as it wasn’t the laptop’s fault.

While I was blogging and shouting, John took the dinghy out of the water to check it and we were shocked at how fouled it had become after a relative...

Becky and Jono headed into Castries on the bus for the day and we spent the morning with Ron, going through charts and pilot guides for the Grenadines and pointing out the best spots for Ron to visit when he heads down that way.

 We then had a walk around the marina shops and popped into a small art gallery / shop. There were paintings and artworks all around the walls of a small room, which were quite colourful and John really liked them, although they looked to me like an elephan...

On Thursday 31st December, we picked up the mooring buoy as agreed with the owner and felt much more relaxed knowing we were secure and wouldn’t have to move the boat again.

John and Becky went ashore in the morning to find somewhere for dinner in the evening and came back with a huge peanut butter cookie for me which was rather wonderful.

The chose a restaurant called The Whaleboner, which was advertising a good menu and live music and booked a table for dinner.
